Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Training and Development Coordinator to design, coordinate, and deliver learning programmes for our remote workforce. This role is key to building employee capability and supporting a high-performance culture across the organisation.

In Short

  • Identify training needs through skills gap analyses and consultation with managers
  • Design and coordinate online training programmes, workshops, and e-learning content
  • Facilitate virtual onboarding programmes for new team members
  • Source and manage external training providers and learning platforms
  • Track employee training completion, progress, and outcomes
  • Maintain training records and produce regular learning and development reports
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related HR role
  • Experience designing and delivering virtual or e-learning programmes
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Learnupon, or similar)
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills in a remote/virtual environment
  • Excellent written communication and content development skills
  • Organised, self-driven, and able to manage multiple programmes simultaneously
  • Passion for people development and continuous learning
  • Degree or diploma in HR, Education, Organisational Development, or related field
