Overview

The Training and Development Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support, managing training events, and developing curriculum for the utility trade ally network program while working closely with various teams.

In Short

  • Coordinate training events and manage schedules with various stakeholders.
  • Develop curriculum and training materials in collaboration with design and marketing teams.
  • Convert training materials into asynchronous formats and maintain documentation.
  • Manage attendance reporting and ensure compliance with client requirements.
  • Provide customer service related to event registration and training inquiries.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures for training processes.
  • Report to the Director of Program Delivery.
  • Work in a collaborative office environment with some travel required.
  • Engage in high-impact energy efficiency programs and workforce development.
  • Support various training initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • Four years of experience in customer service and training coordination.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Absorb LMS.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM integration and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
