Coordinator, Training and Development - Remote

Overview

The Coordinator, Training and Development will deliver engaging training opportunities and support the ongoing training initiatives within the organization.

In Short

• Facilitate new hire orientations and ongoing training programs.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and training schedules.
• Utilize the corporate learning management system (LMS).
• Conduct training evaluations and measure training success.
• Assist in developing online courses for the LMS.
• Write and send communications regarding training initiatives.
• Maintain and update onboarding materials and job aids.
• Participate in compliance program objectives.
• Interact cooperatively with other employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer care or a quality-oriented position.
• Experience in hands-on training and course development.
• Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for training.
• Ability to work cooperatively with others.
