We are seeking a highly driven and empathetic Sales Executive to join a fast-growing business supporting clients through transformational life and business decisions. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a structured sales environment, enjoys building genuine relationships, and knows how to confidently guide prospects through a proven sales process.

In Short

  • Manage and convert inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
  • Conduct discovery and sales calls using a proven sales script.
  • Proactively follow up with warm and cold leads within the CRM pipeline.
  • Re-engage dormant leads and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.
  • Build rapport with clients through empathy and strong listening skills.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in sales coaching and ongoing training sessions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve sales scripts and processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in high-ticket sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence to connect with diverse clients.
  • Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects.
  • Self-motivated and highly accountable.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Reliable laptop/computer and stable high-speed internet connection required.
