In Short

• Draft, review, and organise legal documents including contracts, agreements, and case files.
• Conduct legal research and summarise findings for solicitors and case managers.
• Assist with the preparation of case briefs, court forms, and correspondence.
• Maintain and update legal databases and client files with accuracy.
• Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner.
• Support the legal team with administrative tasks and document management.
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a paralegal or legal administrative role.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and processes (UK legal knowledge a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and legal document management software.
• Access to a laptop/computer and reliable internet connection is essential.
• Legal or paralegal qualification preferred but not essential with the right experience.
