Overview

SingleStore’s legal team partners across the company to advance and protect SingleStore’s interests by contributing practical counsel, energetic problem-solving, and strong execution—all with efficiency and optimism. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Paralegal based in Costa Rica to support our US legal team.

In Short

• Assist in drafting and maintaining corporate documents.
• Ensure compliance with governance policies.
• Support acquisition due diligence and audits.
• Prepare materials for Board and committee meetings.
• Review and redline various agreement types.
• Collaborate with internal teams for approvals.
• Review, revise, and arrange signatures on NDAs.
• Draft various legal documents and manage files.
• Conduct trademark and patent searches.
• Manage compliance with multi-national regulatory schemas.

Requirements

• 5+ years paralegal experience, preferably in technology.
• Excellent communication and client relation skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with data privacy issues.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency with legal research tools.
• Strong knowledge of US laws and regulations.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
