Theoria Medical is seeking a full-time Paralegal to assist with healthcare regulatory compliance, contract management, and legal research while ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 10 years minimum experience in litigation.
• Experience with federal and state courts.
• Excellent proofreading and typing skills.
• Prior experience in a law firm or with litigators.
• Familiarity with modern litigation technology.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and document review software preferred.
• Experience with project management software preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare organizations preferred.
