Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal who has significant experience in plaintiff-side employment law to join our dynamic legal team.

In Short

• Conduct initial client consultations to evaluate potential employment law claims.
• Manage high-volume client intake efficiently and professionally.
• Implement and refine intake procedures to improve client onboarding experiences.
• Collaborate with attorneys to deliver detailed initial case assessments.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• File complaints/pleadings with state civil rights departments and courts.
• Ensure all deadlines are docketed/calendared accurately.
• Foster strong client and co-counsel relationships through effective communication.

Requirements

• 2+ Years experience as a litigation paralegal in plaintiff-side employment law.
• Strong expertise in managing high-volume client intakes.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with intake and case management software.
• Ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.
• California experience required; Arizona experience a plus.
