Paralegal - Remote

Overview

The Paralegal will play a crucial role in safeguarding our contractual relationships, ensuring compliance, and enabling the seamless delivery of our pioneering technologies and services.

In Short

• Assisting the Head of Legal in providing day to day legal support.
• Reviewing, negotiating, and amending commercial contracts.
• Creating and maintaining standard contract templates.
• Advising and supporting sales and marketing teams during bids.
• Identifying contractual risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with various departments to facilitate contract execution.
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of a centralized contract repository.
• Assisting and/or leading in the creation of standardized contract templates.
• Providing preliminary support and advice on contract disputes.

Requirements

• Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in contract management or legal advisory roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret complex legal documents.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple contracts.
• Ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance competing priorities.
