  • Manage contract renewals and ensure continued business growth.

  • Proactively drive migration from legacy products to new solutions.
  • Manage contract negotiations to secure renewals.
  • Work closely with Software Trainers to maximise user adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver exceptional service.
  • Leverage CRM tools to track account progress and analyse customer data.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS sales and account management.
  • Strong background in managing client relationships and renewals.
  • Ability to drive high-value deals and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Consultative approach to account management.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar).
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
  • Curious, innovative, and eager to learn.
  • Experience forecasting pipeline and handling objections.
  • Demonstrable experience of handling objections and finding solutions.
