Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a Junior Recruitment Consultant with up to 3 years of experience and some exposure to international markets. You’ll work within a 180 recruitment model, managing candidate sourcing and engagement, with potential to grow into a broader role over time.

In Short

  • Support the full 180 recruitment process: sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Build and manage a talent pipeline across the IT and white-collar sectors.
  • Work closely with the UK-based client services team to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
  • Use LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms to identify and engage talent.
  • Leverage automation tools and AI to streamline recruitment workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Keep CRM and ATS systems up to date with accurate candidate and process data.
  • Provide timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the process.

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of experience in recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition (180 model preferred).
  • Exposure to international work environments is required – not limited to recruitment.
  • Confident using LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to find and engage candidates.
  • An interest or basic experience with automation or AI in recruitment processes is advantageous.
  • First-language level English communication skills – essential for working with clients in the Nordic region.
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a tech-enabled recruitment setting.
  • Must have a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection.
