• Assist in customer sign-ups and ensure timely and effective onboarding.
• Interview and vet influencers applying to join the platform.
• Conduct influencer outreach through Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Support brand recruitment through social media and professional platforms.
• Build onboarding profiles for both influencers and brand partners.
• Personalise and send direct messaging templates to engage prospective users.
• Support customer retention with ad hoc account management.
• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot.
• Monitor the performance of social media recruitment campaigns.
• Provide insights and reporting on campaign effectiveness for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Prior experience in influencer marketing, social media, customer engagement, or marketing.
• Strong familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for outreach and brand interaction.
• Understanding of customer success principles or account management practices.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot (advantageous).
• Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a personal laptop.
