Talent Sourcer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a relentless, high-energy Talent Sourcer to join our staffing agency team. This is not a passive role — we need someone who picks up the phone, hunts for talent with purpose, and refuses to close a search until the right candidate is found. You are the first point of contact in our talent pipeline, and your persistence and instincts directly drive results for our clients and our business.

In Short

• Proactively source and engage qualified candidates.
• Execute high-volume outbound calling.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates.
• Manage and organize candidate pipelines.
• Partner with recruiters to understand client needs.
• Represent the agency professionally in interactions.
• A hunter by nature, you actively seek out candidates.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Full-time position with a focus on metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting.
• Proven outbound phone outreach skills.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.
• Prior experience in a staffing agency preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Track record of meeting sourcing metrics.
