Project Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team in ensuring that all projects run smoothly from contract initiation to closeout.

In Short

• Complete all daily data entry in Procore and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Create detailed, accurate submittals within 48 hours of receiving the NEW CONTRACT email.
• Order samples promptly and update tracking information.
• Maintain consistent, proactive communication with Project Managers, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Manage and upload required project documentation in client third-party platforms.
• Send preliminary notices for all projects and deliver closeout documents promptly.
• Assist Project Managers with tile material orders and vendor coordination.
• Support client requests for safety documentation and training coordination.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or construction administration.
• Proficiency in Procore or other construction management software is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Experience handling vendor coordination and document tracking.
