Remote Lead Architect

Overview

We are seeking a Remote Lead Architect with a passion for high-quality design and meticulous attention to detail to lead the full architectural process from concept through to detailed drafting and rendering.

In Short

• Lead the architectural design and development of residential projects from start to finish.
• Create and manage full sets of construction documents and 3D renderings.
• Interpret client requirements, site conditions, and local codes into functional and beautiful designs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Oversee revisions, redlines, and technical detailing with exceptional accuracy.
• Maintain high standards in every drawing and rendering, ensuring consistency, precision, and presentation quality.
• Proactively manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a residential architect with a portfolio of completed home or duplex projects.
• Strong proficiency in Chief Architect is highly preferred; experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools is acceptable.
• Deep understanding of residential construction techniques, zoning requirements, and building codes.
• Excellent eye for design, proportion, and detail.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver under deadlines.
