As Lead Architect at Ankorstore, you will be the driving force behind our long-term technology vision in a fast-evolving, high-growth environment, ensuring we stay ahead of the curve by continuously evolving our systems and driving strategic decisions that scale with the business.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in an architectural or staff+ leadership role.
• Success in designing and evolving complex, distributed systems.
• Exposure to various technology stacks and architectures.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps and SRE practices.
• Strong experience leading architectural initiatives.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor senior technical leaders.
• Track record of driving innovation in technology stacks.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business strategy.
• Fluent in English, with clear articulation of technical vision.
