We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organized HR & Payroll Administrator to provide comprehensive human resources and administrative support across payroll processing, benefits administration, recruiting, provider scheduling, and executive support. This role is at the core of our people operations, and the ideal candidate brings strong US payroll experience, excellent English communication skills, and a service-oriented approach to everything they do.

In Short

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all employee HR inquiries.
  • Process biweekly US payroll accurately using Paylocity.
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries.
  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle including job postings and candidate communication.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and leadership team.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance files.
  • Ensure HR processes comply with federal and state regulations.
  • Coordinate provider schedules across multiple locations.
  • Support leadership with project coordination and documentation.
  • Experience with Paylocity is highly preferred.

Requirements

  • Strong experience processing US payroll.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of US payroll regulations.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR or payroll platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Recruiting experience is a plus.
  • High attention to detail across all tasks.
  • Service-oriented approach to HR functions.
