Business Operations Manager MENA - Remote

Overview

As a Business Operations Manager at RemoFirst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with local EORs in the APAC region, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing value for clients.

In Short

• Create & optimize processes within the Operations Department.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve onboarding for stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient use of the platform by all stakeholders.
• Monitor departmental efficiency and develop improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on daily escalations.
• Oversee operational systems, controls, and fiscal documentation.
• Address client concerns and design solutions for customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational data for improvement strategies.
• Ensure smooth workflows and communication between departments.
• Establish a safe and inclusive work environment.

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience in EOR, outsourcing, or HR tech.
• 2-5 years experience in HR or employment law in MENA jurisdictions.
• Ability to build 0-1 processes and programs.
• 1-3 years of project management experience.
• Multilingual is a plus.
