  • Sales Engineers serve as trusted technical advisors for customers.
  • They drive business value and support customers in deploying solutions.
  • Sales Engineers strategize and lead customers in use case discovery.
  • They help new users with concepts like declarative programming and AI/ML.
  • Work with Sales Reps to identify and call upon prospects.
  • Position RAI’s product within the ecosystem of tools and competitors.
  • Perform deep dive discovery to identify customer data flows and pain points.
  • Design and propose POCs and Pilots.
  • Create sales collateral and other assets.
  • Interact with data scientists and engineers to demonstrate product value.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales Engineering experience.
  • Experience with Snowflake as a Sales Engineer or user.
  • Prior pre-sales experience, especially in presentations and demos.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
  • Ability to present business value to different audiences.
