RelationalAI is seeking a mission-driven, collaborative, and highly motivated individual to join as the Head of Legal, Product, and IP Counsel, leading all legal initiatives for a growing enterprise SaaS company.

• Drive all legal initiatives for the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex enterprise SaaS agreements.
• Develop scalable contracting processes and templates.
• Provide legal counsel on sales and field operations.
• Oversee corporate governance and support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with HR on employment-related legal matters.
• Advise on privacy and data protection matters.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams.
• Partner with marketing teams for compliance review.
• Manage relationships with external counsel.

Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and U.S. state bar membership.
• 3-7 years of legal experience in enterprise SaaS agreements.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and data privacy regulations.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex agreements.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
