Senior Manager, Learning Center of Excellence - Remote

Overview

The Senior Manager, Learning Center of Excellence (LCoE) – Regional Training serves as the primary connection between an assigned region and the global Learning Center of Excellence. In this role, you will support the design, delivery, and facilitation of regionally relevant training by partnering closely with Training Business Partners, Learning Designers, subject‑matter experts, and regional stakeholders.

• Partner with Training Business Partners and Learning Designers to adapt global learning materials.
• Facilitate live training sessions, both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Support consistent delivery of high‑quality learning experiences.
• Build and maintain a network of regional subject‑matter experts.
• Promote learning initiatives to drive engagement.
• Act as a point of contact for learning‑related questions.
• Coordinate buddy assignments for new hires.
• Ensure regional training materials are compliant.
• Support learning administration activities.
• Collaborate on training schedules and identify risks.

Requirements

• Experience in matrixed, international organizations.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Structured approach to planning and execution.
• Experience in training plans and curricula development.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in training or capability development.
• Experience in diverse training formats.
• Willingness to travel internationally for 25% of the time.
