Overview

The Project Manager, Centre of Excellence will be the central point of contact for coordinating strategic projects to achieve business plans, acting as an expert resource for less experienced colleagues and managing project execution from concept to delivery.

In Short

  • Coordinate strategic projects for Proxim and Uniprix.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and manage project execution.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
  • Monitor projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop detailed work plans, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Act as a primary contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize expertise to solve complex problems creatively.
  • Ensure effective communication across all project areas.
  • Work autonomously with significant latitude in decision-making.
  • Travel and office meetings required 50% of the time.

Requirements

  • University degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience in community pharmacy is an asset.
  • Superior communication skills in English and French.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CoPilot.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Judgment within defined policies and practices.
  • Daily support for internal/external clients outside Quebec and/or in the US.
