Project Manager - Global Excellence Centre - Remote

Overview

This role is part of Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre (GEC) and will join our 3,000+ talented individuals working in India, Romania, and Philippines, in partnership with Arcadis’ offices globally. The GEC brings key capabilities and capacity to support our clients seamlessly around the world.

In Short

• Delivery of a project or low number of projects with reasonable complexity - to budget, quality and time metrics.
• Setting project delivery approach and outputs in consultation with key stakeholders.
• Establishing project delivery plans or execution and appropriate control mechanisms to assure delivery.
• Performance management of project team/resource.
• Task management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g. Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.) master’s degree an advantage.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project and program management.
• Attainment of OR near attainment of relevant professional certification (RICS, APM, PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).
• Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.).
• Proficiency in project and program management tools and platforms (Smartsheet, PowerBI, Autodesk Construction Cloud, etc.).
• Strong track record of overseeing complex projects and programs.
• Extensive knowledge of project and program management methodologies.
• Commercial acumen and organizational understanding.
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
