In Short

• Lead analytics support for the Enhancing Oncology Model (EOM) program.
• Develop and execute a strategic analytics roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on clinical quality and financial initiatives.
• Guide implementation of Alternative Payment Models (APMs).
• Maintain data pipelines using Azure Databricks.
• Develop interactive dashboards with Power BI and Tableau.
• Identify opportunities to improve Total Cost of Care in oncology APMs.
• Support a portfolio of analytics solutions.
• Requires 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare analytics and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of oncology data.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with CMS Alternative Payment Models preferred.
• Experience with Databricks for data transformation preferred.
• Minimal travel required.
