Overview

The Sr. Manager, Patient Support Services Operations position is a critical role in a fast-paced, energetic US Market Access group, responsible for supporting the launch of Regeneron’s first potential gene therapy patient support program.

  • Strong understanding of call center operations.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions.
  • Experience with IT/development teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Launch experience in the Cell/Gene or Rare Disease space.
