Content Operations Lead - Remote

Overview

Thoughtworks is looking to hire a Content Operations Lead to support and strengthen our content efforts. In this role, we are looking for an experienced content strategist who can help lead and drive content operations and governance, build and implement our content AI workflows inline with overall AI strategy and work with cross-functional content teams to build maximum efficiency in our content processes.

• Lead and implement Content Governance across various content teams.
• Build content AI workflows in line with the AI roadmap.
• Conduct content audits and gap analysis.
• Extend metadata and tagging conventions to the digital asset manager.
• Develop dashboards and reports for content performance metrics.
• Provide insights to cross-functional content teams.
• Support web editor in optimizing content processes.
• Assist in managing translations and content updates.
• Train content editors on naming, versioning, and tagging.
• Maintain and update content digest for editors.

Requirements

• Degree in English, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in content marketing, preferably in Content Operations.
• Deep understanding of the tech B2B landscape.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with AEM is an advantage.
• Understanding of the AI content tool ecosystem.
