Requirements

• Ability to differentiate between “good” and “great” design.
• Expertise in working closely with business and tech teams.
• Comfortable with trial and error and using prototyping.
• Thorough experience with accessibility, usability, and user research.
• Strong leadership skills in agile, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to break down complex challenges into strategic visual solutions.
