• Providing strategic legal advice to senior leadership.
• Managing a team of senior employment lawyers.
• Advising on EIP legal support across the employee lifecycle.
• Supporting international EIP projects in the EU.
• Developing internal frameworks for EIP legal advice.
• Delivering training and guidance on EIP matters.
• Managing relationships with external legal counsel.
• Championing technology innovations within the legal team.
• Working closely with various teams to coordinate legal advice.

Requirements

• Significant post-qualification experience in employment law.
• Strong knowledge of incentives and pension matters.
• Outstanding technical skills in legal matters.
• Ability to assess risk and recommend solutions.
• Comfortable operating at executive levels.
• Passionate about banking and technology intersections.

Benefits

• Salary range of £190,000 - £210,000 + performance incentives.
