Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human Centered Design, Psychology, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in a Product Design/UX role.
• Expert-level knowledge of user-centered design practices.
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficiency with Figma and other design tools.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Intellectual curiosity and collaboration-driven interaction style.
• Passion for design and aspiration to excellence.
