Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Anthropology, or related field.
Minimum of 2+ years in human-centered design or user experience design.
Experience leading user research and translating insights into design.
Proficiency in design research methods and usability evaluation.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
Experience communicating complex research findings clearly.
