Overview

As Agroforestry Manager, you will help address three key challenges facing smallholder farmers - extreme poverty, climate change, and biodiversity loss - through agroforestry and Forest Landscape Restoration (FLR).

• Support agroforestry program leads in 10 programs to meet operational targets.
• Develop and maintain performance tracking systems for program leads.
• Foster agroforestry team cohesion and shared learning.
• Scope, pilot, and scale new investments to improve program impact.
• Facilitate external partnerships and communicate program results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership in agroforestry or related domains.
• University or advanced degree in agroforestry, ecology, or related fields.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing high-level team members.
• Willingness to travel within the region up to 25% of the time.
