User Experience Designer - Remote

We employ modern best practices in all that we do as we work to solve problems in public health, financial industry regulation, granting citizenship and asylum, and identity and access management.

In Short

• Collaborate with clients to bring their product vision to life.
• Design and deliver research plans, user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user stories.
• Rapidly iterate on designs in alignment with Agile software development best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, product teams, and users.
• Support analysis and documentation of product requirements.
• Partner closely with developers to adhere to established design standards.
• Present ideas, concepts, and design solutions to gain stakeholder buy-in.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• A bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience and certifications.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Information Technology, focusing on user experience design.
• Excellent understanding and practical experience in Figma, Digital Whiteboarding tools, user research, and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in an Agile environment.
• Strong consulting skills and ability to build trust with clients and teammates.
