Requirements

  • Outstanding executive communication skills
  • Proven success in building relationships in the Workers’ Compensation ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies and consultative solution selling
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic approaches
  • Strong professionalism and ethics
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and results-driven
  • Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar)
  • 3+ years of experience in the Workers’ Compensation industry
  • 5+ years of successful sales or business development experience
