The Director of Care Team Operations is responsible for bridging the business and care delivery through oversight and execution of Reema’s Care Team program, managing high-performing teams across multiple markets and fostering a culture of high-quality care delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related fields required; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in hiring, onboarding, and training efforts.
  • Commitment to solving the intersection of social care and health care.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Track record of developing scalable strategies for customer satisfaction.
  • Understanding of finance and operations measures.
  • Preferred management experience in healthcare or social work.
  • Experience leading integrated care teams.
