Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Three years of management experience in healthcare.
  • Five years of direct community experience.
  • Proficiencies in critical and strategic thinking.
  • Knowledge of crisis planning and behavioral health.
  • Experience with diverse populations.
  • Preferred experience in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with software applications.
