The Ads Measurement Lift Studies team is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and user-friendliness of our advertising platform. We specialize in building compelling experimentation products for advertisers. We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us build the next generation of lift study/experimentation products to help advertisers understand the impact of their ad spend on Reddit.

In Short

• Design, develop and enhance the conversion lift system and advertiser-facing measurement products.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional (XFN) teams to define and align on the product vision and roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts, working closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineering teams.
• Take ownership of your work, from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable and reliable.
• Continuously learn and grow with the team, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
• 5+ years of backend engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment.
• Prior experience in ads measurement and conversion lift system and products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
