The Ads Measurement Lift Studies team is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and user-friendliness of our advertising platform. We specialize in building compelling experimentation products for advertisers. We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us build the next generation of lift study/experimentation products to help advertisers understand the impact of their ad spend on Reddit.

In Short

Design, develop and enhance the conversion lift system and advertiser-facing measurement products.
Collaborate with Product and cross-functional (XFN) teams to define and align on the product vision and roadmap.
Lead cross-functional collaboration efforts with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineering teams.
Take ownership of your work from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable and reliable.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or computer science-related field.
5+ years of backend engineering experience in a highly scalable computing environment.
Prior experience in ads measurement and conversion lift system products.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
