• Lead a multidisciplinary team in building digital products from conception to production and evolution.
• Define and manage an agile execution plan with the team and stakeholders to meet product business objectives and visualize progress through metrics and reports.

Requirements

• Solid experience in development with .NET and Java technologies.
• At least 3 years of experience leading teams.
• Technical background to understand the complexity and nature of tasks to challenge the team and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and experience implementing agile methodologies such as Scrum.
• Facilitation skills for collaborative spaces and effective meetings.
• Versatility and adaptability to different contexts.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions, face critical situations, and resolve conflicts.
