• Lead and coach a team of Software Engineers.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or equivalent.
• Passion for simplicity and efficiency.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Expertise in technology-related challenges.
• Robust background in Software Engineering/DevOps/Cloud Solutions.
• Ability to manage and scale engineering teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English.
