The System Engineering Lead is responsible for providing technical leadership in the development of 5G and next-generation telco solutions, collaborating with partners and teams across Red Hat's ecosystem.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in telecommunications systems.
• Experience in integration and troubleshooting of telecom systems.
• Two years of experience with telecom systems deployment and upgrade.
• Familiarity with various telecom testing tools and equipment.
• Strong documentation and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.
• Experience in lab operations and asset management.
• Knowledge of open-source technologies is a plus.
