Overview

We are a dynamic HR Consulting and Professional Services firm helping organizations grow through innovative people solutions. Our services cut across HR strategy, recruitment, learning & development, performance management, and culture transformation. As a growing firm, we are seeking a Sales Executive to drive consistent revenue, expand our client base, and position our services in the market.

In Short

  • Prospect and generate new business leads across diverse industries.
  • Promote and sell HR consulting and professional services, aligning client needs with our solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: pitching, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal consultants to design client-focused solutions.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and industry engagements (virtual/physical).
  • Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and report sales performance.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and performance against targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 2–4 years proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (professional services/consulting preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) for pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, cold outreach).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
  • Ability to build trust with senior-level decision-makers (HR Directors, CEOs, Founders).

Benefits

  • Work Schedule: Hybrid
  • Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 (fixed & performance-based) + attractive commission
  • (High performers can earn ₦700k+ monthly)
