Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-sufficient Probate Paralegal with extensive experience working in U.S.-based law firms, specifically in the areas of Probate and Guardianship with some experience in Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts).

In Short

• Draft and review probate pleadings and guardianship petitions.
• Manage probate and guardianship cases from intake through closing.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a U.S.-based law firm.
• Strong knowledge of probate and guardianship legal processes.
• Law degree from your home country.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Experience with case management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar).
