The Workplace Experience & Operations Lead will manage day-to-day client activities for all sites in Australia and New Zealand, ensuring exceptional client service and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in financial or investment banking environments.

• Understanding of critical environments and vendor management.
• Strong budget management and financial analysis skills.
• Ability to interpret commercial contracts.
• Experience in managing technical aspects of property.
• Proven capacity to develop and sustain high-quality teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
