Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in office management.
• Proven experience planning and executing events.
• Comfortable working in downtown Chicago office.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess situations holistically and take initiative.
• Experience identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Professional and approachable demeanor.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to support workplace initiatives.
