Requirements

• Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school.
• 10+ years of experience in government contract law.
• Strong contract interpretation and drafting skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS regulations.
• Experience in negotiating government contracts.
• Understanding of risk management in contracts.
• Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• Acute attention to detail.
