Overview

The Analyst, Hotels position at JLL involves supporting the Hotels & Hospitality team in various aspects of real estate transactions, including financial analysis, market research, and presentation preparation.

In Short

• Support the Hotels & Hospitality team in securing listings and closing transactions.
• Input financial data from P&L statements into valuation models.
• Develop pro forma financial projections under supervision.
• Complete preliminary asset valuations using various financial techniques.
• Gather and present economic and demographic data relevant to transactions.
• Assist in preparing presentations and offering materials.
• Communicate with third-party vendors for presentation materials.
• Facilitate transaction due diligence processes.
• Work independently while maintaining team rapport.
• Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as needed.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business Finance, Hotel Administration, or Real Estate Finance.
• Strong academic achievement and quantitative skills.
• Hospitality-industry experience, preferably in valuations or consulting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to travel domestically.
