The Smart Building Assistant Manager will enhance and maintain the Smart Building OT platform while promoting its adoption and utilization across all stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
Experience in building systems design and operations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
Certifications like Certified Energy Manager are beneficial.
Familiarity with building automation systems.
Experience with Fault Detection & Diagnostics software.
Knowledge of utility metering and IP network configuration.
