Overview

The Smart Building Assistant Manager will enhance and maintain the Smart Building OT platform while promoting its adoption and utilization across all stakeholders.

In Short

• Act as System Administrator for the Smart Building OT platform.
• Support day-to-day issues and liaise with vendors.
• Facilitate a data-centric approach to building performance management.
• Coordinate with site teams on operational KPIs and analytics.
• Support energy management and sustainability initiatives.
• Identify additional data sources for integration.
• Assist in emergency response scenarios.
• Streamline operations through data and analytics.
• Provide subject matter expertise for platform adoption.
• Contribute to client-ready materials and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in building systems design and operations.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
• Experience in commercial real estate is a plus.
• Certifications like Certified Energy Manager are beneficial.
• Familiarity with building automation systems.
• Experience with Fault Detection & Diagnostics software.
• Knowledge of utility metering and IP network configuration.
