Overview

The Lead Office Assistant will enhance operational facilities delivery at JLL's clients' new state-of-the-art building while managing a team of Office Assistants to ensure high standards.

In Short

  • Supervise Office Assistants to maintain operational standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness in social areas and meeting rooms.
  • Provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Coordinate meeting room setups and assist with events.
  • Operate CAFM system for facilities-related inquiries.
  • Maintain health and safety standards and records.
  • Manage contractors on site.
  • Complete administrative tasks as required.
  • Work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • Some unsocial hours may be required.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized, efficient, and able to multitask.
  • Experience in administration and customer service.
  • Knowledge of IT software, including Office.
  • Health and safety knowledge.
  • Experience in contractor management.
  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Flexibility in work hours.
  • Meeting room management skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
