FP&A Hotel Analyst - Remote

Overview

The FP&A Hotel Analyst will be integrated within the global Financial Direction of ADAGIO, supporting Operations departments with a significant focus on the European network.

In Short

• Implement hotel budgets and monitor them.
• Participate in hotel account closures ensuring financial data accuracy.
• Contribute to tracking actuals against forecasts/budgets, identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
• Monthly analysis of hotel results and financial KPIs.
• Build performance reviews.
• Support operational teams.
• Knowledge and analysis of management contracts.
• Participate in major projects within hotels.
• Implement new reporting tools.
• Provide ad hoc analyses to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in the hotel sector is a plus.
• Organized, rigorous, and precise with strong analytical skills.
• Recognized for developed initiative.
• Excellent team spirit.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in audit or consulting.
• Master's degree or equivalent in Management/Finance.
