Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing appointment bookings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff.

In Short

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments via phone, email, or online platforms.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars for multiple team members.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services and availability.
  • Send reminders and follow-ups to clients regarding their scheduled appointments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, cancellations, and no-shows.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and documentation, as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customer-friendly attitude with problem-solving abilities.
